At Frost Homie, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or the order confirmation is required.
  • Returns must be requested before sending any item back.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for refund processing.
  • Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

If you need an exchange, please contact our customer support before returning your item.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • Our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return solution or cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
  • Customer preference (such as ordering the wrong item, change of mind, or incorrect size selection where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
